The Band Villas
The “band villas”, were designed by Zevaco. They are in the Talborjt residential area, alongside a school, a mosque and a set of buildings, also built by Jean-François Zevaco.
Those villas were built as an answer to an imperative need for affordable housing for the officials of the state. There are economic houses illuminated from all sides. Each dwelling has a lot of vegetation, and a patio to receive light all day.
Thanks to the success of his band villas, own to Zevaco has received the Aga Khan Award in 1980.
