The Marina
The marina is built on 18 hectares in front of the bay. it represents one of the most significant tourism project in Morocco. Its promoters Aziz Akhannouch, Ali Ouakrim and Ali Zaid have made an investment of a billion dirhams. A Canarian company -Marina Canarias- has built most of the project in partnership with the company Marina Agadir. It was one of the first projects of the new cooperation between the SoussMassa Draâ region and the Canary Islands government.
Officially opened in September 2007, the marina offers residences and apartment blocks, approximately 130 stores and a 187 apartment hotel, restaurants, a supermarket, a yacht harbor for nearly 300 boats.
The marina is the perfect place to chill out during the day or at night.
